VS 2019 Community Version - License Issue

I have installed latest version of VS 2019 V16.3. When I try to login using my Hotmail account , I am getting the error as "We could not get the credential for the account. An Error occurred while sending request". I tried re-installing many times. but getting the same error.

Please suggest me solution
