The following link is a link to an .arc file which has a muli-project solution in VB for learning WPF within VB.

Anyone that is interested please download the file and decompress it to a folder. Please execute the MainApp.exe before loading it into Visual Studio. I would appreciate if in this discussion you can let me know how the process went. After trying the MainApp you can load it into Visual Studio. It has been test there in Vs 2015 and VS 2019
