High memory usage by a 32-bit C++ Application running on Windows Server 2016

Hi,

We have an issue with high memory consumption by a 32-bit C++ Application on Windows Server 2016 server only.

The issue is not occurring on OS lower than Windows Server 2016.

Please provide any pointer to resolve this issue.
