Unzip the "C++ Source" and "C/C++ Header" files

Hi everyone,

I faced an issue here: I want to unzip "C++ source" and "C/C++ Header" type files (the codes i wanna run) in my Visual Studio 2019, so that I will be able to compile these codes on my computer. I unziped them once and opened with VS, but when i press compile button it says "Attach to Process". Could someone explain me how I should unzip those files to run them successfully in VS ?
