Find missing COM references in winforms app

I've acquired a winforms app from a developer who is no longer with the company. I need to modify the app but notice that there are 2 references that cannot be found. They are both COM references. But I have no clue what they are.

Please advise on how I can find what these are. The only clue I have is that the app will not compile due to these errors:
