Translate the dialog to Customize Quick Access Toolbar on the ribbon

The captions in the dialog to Customize Quick Access Toolbar on the ribbon can be translated automatically in our software of versions of German, French, Spanish etc, but the captions cannot be translated in versions of Portuguese and Turkish, which are displayed in English. See the picture below

Could you please let me know how to get the captions highlighted in the above picture translated for Portuguese and Turkish version of our software?
