sheridian Date format Error

A development in vb 6 needs modification and the control sheridan don't let modify the format to YYY-mm-dd
when I try to find the properties it show me this:

but when I run the app work, but the client need the format YYYY-mm-ddd and the control is showing is YY-mm-dd
