How do I read only certain words from a file and display them in a RichTextBox? C#

Hello! I need some help...

I need to read all of the lines / text of a file(doesn't matter what kind of file), and and display any C# Keywords that were found in the file. I already have the keywords written in a string, I just need help displaying ALL occurrences in a RichTextBox. I saw there was already a thread for this kind of thing, but it didn't answer my question.


Any help is appreciated!
