Error installing Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 SP1 Redistributable (x64) and (x86)

Hello,

I have a window 10 operating systen and I am trying to reinstall my Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 SP1 Redistribution (x64) and (x86) separately so that I can update window 10.

However I failed and this is what I got:

Error 1935.An error occurred during the assembly 'Microsoft.VC90.ATL, version="9.0.21022.8", publicKeyToken="1fc8b3b9a1e18e3b" processorArchitecture="x64", type="win32". Please refer to Help and Support for more information. HRESULT:0x80070002

I have tried clearing my temp file and that doesn't work.

Please help me find a solution.
