Why the Visual Studio Toolbox is empty ?

Good morning,

I am a student, and I am trying to use the Visual Studio.

I would like to seek your expertise regarding the Visual Studio Tool Box.

I am trying to figure out why my Visual Studio' s Toolbox is empty.

Attached is the image:





I don't know why it is empty , and why it did not give me a list of available components.

Should I remove the Visual Studio and find another products which is comparable to Visual Studio?

Please help me if you have an advice or suggestions.
