How to get visual studio 2005 hotfixes - KB946310 unavailable

I am using visual studio 2005 SP1 to do CAA/RADE development for CATIAV5R19 : generate an abstraction library for the PTC Widnchill Workgroup Manage.

the prerequisites are Microsoft Visual Studio 2005 with following patches:

• KB926601 (this is Service Pack 1 and must be installed first)
• KB937122
• KB935225
• KB946310
• Java SE Runtime Environment 1.6_02

My problem is that KB946310 is unavailable from microsoft or others website ?

Can you help me to find this KB ?
