Visual Studio 2019 Test Explorer not working

I am having an issue with Visual Studio 2019 16.3+ version. This is like I am using Python Tools for Visual Studio which is released this year. I am building a Flask Web application using Visual Studio 2019. I am using Unittest framework I have written test cases and when I see the "Test Explorer" it is not auto discovering the test cases.
