Moving to new PC

Hi,

I run Desktop PC HP Pavilion with Win 7 Pro SP1. I have VS 2019 community installed on it.

Now (scarred by Microsoft) I bought new Desktop PC , HP Pavilion Home.

My question is: Is there some other ways to transfer VS Community installation to new PC beside installing it from scratch?
