Where is the VS executable kept?

I have just installed VS 2019 in a clean machine. It installed fine, but didn't put a shortcut on the desktop which I thought was odd. And I can't find the executable anywhere in m program files folders, unless it's C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio\2019\Community\Common7\IDE\devenv.exe.

Also, when it installed I ticked the box to start after installing, and it didn't. Bug? Installation problem?
