I would like some information regarding the following scenario.
A company with 10 software developers, which is not an enterprise, can, according to the Terms of Use, have up to 5 of its developers use Visual Studio Community, while the rest 5 developers must use a licensed Visual Studio version (e.g. Visual Studio Professional).
I would expect it to be OK, since the legal requirements would be covered (and, besides, using Community instead of Professional would, technically, be less efficient for the developers anyway) by the purchase of the 5 licensed Professional versions, rather than their actual use. However, I would definitely like to have a more authoritative opinion/confirmation on this.

- The question is, (mostly for reasons of practicality), would it be OK if the company does purchase the required 5 Visual Studio Professional licenses, but the 5 developers actually use Visual Studio Community instead?
