how can i render and RTF document and get how many lines do each page has?

I need to count lines per page on a rendered document which is in RTF format, with rendered I mean all styles applied (fonts, spaces, margins, etc) so I can know exactly how many real lines will I have if a documented is printed.

Any thoughts?
