Change default from spaces to tabs in editor

I am a Visual Basic Programmer.

Every time I open a source file, it open with spaces at the
beginning of each line. I have to click on




I have tried the Tools|Options|Text Editor|Basic|Tabs

Indenting:Smart

Tab:Keep Tabs

Does anybody have any idea how to force it stay Tabs?
