VS 2012 crashes when I am trying to save the project deveoped in VS 2010

Hi All,

We have a project which was pre-written in VS2010 in VB.net.

We want to migrate this project to VS2012.

I am able to open this project in VS2012 but when i am trying to modify and save this project, VS2012 crash down.

Same steps if i follow in VS2010 then it works properly.

Please help me to resolve this issue.
