Does anyone know of any relatively modern, books which are specifically dedicated to using databases with C++, most specifically... Microsoft Visual C++? A recent book covering databases with a C++ system other than MS Visual C++ might be helpful, as well.

There are a few books which are dedicated to building databases with Visual Basic and C#, but I can't find any recent ones for using databases with C++. The most recent I can find are "Visual C++ 6 Database Programming Tutorial" from 1999 and "Sam's Teach Yourself Database Programming with Visual C++ 6 in 21 Days" from 1998. Can anyone point me to more recent books I haven't thought of using C++ 11, 14, or 17 (or maybe MS Visual C++ 2013 or higher)?

Rules:

1. I don't want opinions on which book is good or which is bad. I only want a list of possibly recent available C++/database books - free of anyone's personal opinions because a moderator might flag this question as "unconstructive".

2. Database connectivity with C++ is the ONLY option here. Any responses suggesting any other technology, language, database management system, etc. will be ignored.
