comparing a column in two different CSV files

Not finding what I am looking for.

csv1.txt

id,url

247,Outlook – free personal email and calendar from Microsoft

246,bing.com

245,Microsoft - Official Home Page

244,Google

243,8.8.8.8


242,gmail.google.com

csv2.txt

id,url

245,Microsoft - Official Home Page

244,Google

243,8.8.8.8

242,gmail.google.com


I have these two csv files. I want to compare the ID column in both files and output the difference in descending order into a new file.
