VS 2017 community edition, can no longer login to account due to cookies not being enabled (they are enabled)

Does anyone have a solution to this. Just today, after starting VS 2017 community, which I have not used for more than a month, I got the licence has gone stale message, tried to refresh, and got the cannot log you on as cookies are not enabled in your browser. Cookies ARE enabled. I have tried resetting EDGE, reinstalling VS 2017, NOPE, still the cookies issue. Can anyone help? Thanks.
