Deploly Web App project

Hi,

I used to create websites in Visual studio 2012. When I deploy, I copy and past all the website files to the hosting compnay. Using Visual studio 2017, I created a web app project. The deployment process was different than website.

My qusetion, what is the best way to deploy a web app project step by step.

Also, what if I deployed the first time, and then I have a one page change, do I need to deploy all project file as we..
