After server migration from 2008 to 2016, VB6 application is not working

Hi,

VB6 application was hosted on 2008 server earlier. I have got 2016 server and migrated VB6 application to the new server and try to configure the application with services.msc. It took too long to start when I start it, and it timed out eventually. I changed the time out settings, still same.

I tried to run the application exe directly and got the error "Component 'ntsvc.ocx' or one of it's dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid"
