How do I change the background color of the completion popup in Visual Studio 2019

I want to change the color of the visual studio completion popup in Visual Studio 2019 but can't seem to find the option for it in either the Theme Editor or the Fonts and Colors settings panel. Anyone know how I can achieve this?
