Access denied error for some services

Hi am running the below bat script in administrator mode but still am getting Access denied error. Am using Windows 10 machine.

sc config WinHttpAutoProxySvc start = disabled

sc stop WinHttpAutoProxySvc

Am running the above script in Administrator mode only but getting error like:

[SC] OpenService FAILED 5:

Access denied.

Access denied.
