Subroutine code outline view

I used to have this extension in VSS 08, where it docked by one of the panels, and it outline all the summary of the sub-routines of the specific code that is open. Rather than having me scrolling the entire page, i can click and it direct me to the subroutine right away.

Does anyone know what is that extension?
