Integrating stripe card payments

Hi

I am trying to integrate stripe card payments into a vb.net project but cannot find the right apis for it. Even stripe cannot help. I did this years ago with the stripe v10 api but it's all changed now.

Has anyone done this and would mind sharing some code? We are wanting to take customer not present payments, ie over the phone
