How to add or remove user to my project in VSTS

suppose i have 2 project in VSTS. now i want to add few user to those project as a result they should be able to clone that project in their pc and work. so tell me how to add few users to a specific project in VSTS and also how to remove few user from project as a result they will not be able to work with project and check-in their work.
