Make the color of child form title bars match the windows accent color

So I discovered that if you change the color of the Windows Accent Color (orange in the examples below), child forms of an application do not seem to pick up that color. However the Print Preview dialog box picks up that Accent Color. How could you make the Child Forms inherit the Windows Accent Color?
