Visual Studio Pure C Support

I cannot seem to find anywhere on the website the level of support offered for the C language. Results from googling the issue show only very old answers to questions (2015 and earlier). I would like to know if the Visual Studio has full support for at least C89/90? I would also like to know if there are any plans to fully support C99 or even C11.
