BC30420 Visual Basic AND VB.NET was not found in

I'm very confused by this error. I added a new console application and removed the default Module1.vb file and created a new file called program.vb Now I get this error when I try to compile. According to research it wants this file that no longer exits and when I search for "Module1", it cant find anything in the entire solution.
