Can't create offline layout for Visual Studio 2015 Professional

Hello,

I’m trying to create an offline layout of Visual Studio 2015 Professional with Visual Studio Extensibility Item Templates.
As per the instructions here: Create an Offline Installation - Visual Studio 2015, I downloaded the the “Visual Studio Professional 2015 with Update 3 - Web Installer” from here: https://my.visualstudio.com/downloads?q=visual studio Enterprise 2015 and ran it with the following command:

.\en_visual_studio_professional_2015_with_update_3_x86_x64_web_installer_8922978.exe /layout F:\VisualStudio2015 /overridefeeduri "https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkID=785882&clcid0x409"


Unfortunately, the install failed with the following message:

VSSecondaryInstaller_box : Some packages failed to download. Please see the setup log for more details.

The relevant parts from the log seem to be:

Does anyone have any idea how to fix this?

P.S. The reason I’m not using the ISO installer is that I need Visual Studio Extensibility Item Templates, which unfortunately doesn’t come with it.
