How to disable a shortcut key in order to input the letter of the same key?

I can define a shortcut key in Quick Access Toolbar on the ribbon in the interface below, such as 'H'.

I could get expected rendering style by pressing 'H'. However I could not input letter 'H' or 'h' to rename a folder in the treeview, because the command behind the key is executed.

Could you please let me know how to enable inputing the shortcut key letter in the above highlighted field?
