The issue started appearing after i upgraded to VS 2017 15.9.
I read several forums and it suggested, that might be due to VS, so i uninstalled VS 2017. Took VS2019.
The problem is still the same, so the issue is on the TFS side.
Steps to replicate:
1.> Open VS
2.> Go to Team Explorer
3.> Open Source Control Explorer.
At this point i am not able to open my tfs folder and VS is hanged.
