Visual Studio 2010 ultimate does not show MaskedTextBox in toolbox

I have the need to make use of the maskedtextbox control. The control does not appear in my toolbox. So I scrolled to the bottom of the toolbox, right clicked, and selected Choose Item. In the displayed dialog box, I scroll down to MaskedTextBox but the control is already checked. I am coding in Visual Studio 2010 Ultimate and I am using Visual Basic to code the site. How can I get this control added to my Toolbox? Thank You.
