Files lexicon or dictionary for spelling

Hi.I need to know the name and the usage of the lexicon files or dictionary in order to check the correct spelling of common texts.This task is done with WPF but only for few languages. It is better (also for reason of accuracy) check directly with proper algoritms but it is necessary to know the file used by the programs such Microsoft Word. Microsoft has released a document :"Index Lexicon File" in which is explained the format of a Lexicon but I need the names.
