[C++ Compiler] Looking for a Visual C++ Portable Edition

All said, since using a Pre-Installed version of Visual C++ didnt worked and since i cant install Visual C++ on the computers i use im Looking for a Visual C++ Portable Edition, or any way or software that can turn Visual C++ on a portable edition.

I would prefer if it could run from a CD or DVD but if needs to be in a PenDisk then its ok.
Btw disk space is no problem i have a 4Gb pen and a 200Gb Portable HD

Any ideas?
