Access Automation from C# when a Username and Password is required.

From a C# Winforms application I want to open Access to a particular client on a particular form (in Access). I was assuming I would use Automation for this. I was using this article for help, but it doesn't mention anything about a Username. My Access .mdb file requires an .MDW file. I see plenty of tutorials on how to access the Access tables, but that's not what i want to do. The article I mentioned refers to Access 2005. I'm using 2010 and up. I assumed it would be the same but...

Is what i want to do possible? Thanks.
