Cannot change Shared Components, tools, and SDKs installation folder

Hello

Because i don't have enough space on my SSD, i want to install my visual studio community on the D disk. I can change the Visual Studio IDE and Download cache but i cannot change Shared Components, tools, and SDKs installation folder. Can anyone tell my why its greyed out?
