VS2019 Community 16.4.4 Forces to convert packages

Good day,

I had Visual Studio 2019 Community 16.4.3 installed last week for my SSDT SSIS packages using TFS and selecting platform SQL2014

then i saw an upgrade available and installed 2019 Community 16.4.4 but now it forces me to upgrade the packages without selecting the sql platform

i now unable to open my packages, please help
