I have recently installed VS 2019 Community Edition. Bundler & Minifier does not work.
The bundleconfig.json file gets generated as expected but the minified CSS files don't get created.
I have un-installed and re-installed Bundler & Minifier several times, and have also uninstalled it and installed the whole of Web Essentials. I have deleted the bundleconfig.json file and allowed it to be re-generated. Still doesn't work.
