Visual Studio 2005 Set up wont run on windows 10

Hi,

Since my old post stopped getting replies, I am here asking for help again.

Cannot run Visual Studio 2005 Set up file on Windows 10

Can somebody help me get past this error when I run the set up file on windows 10

""A problem has been encountered while loading the set up components". Cancelling set up."

Do you think I am missing some dll its looking for or something. I tried to run I compatibility mode for all versions available but it still doesn't run.
