How to convert a mars file to a header file in VS 2019

Hello,

I am using VS2019 but I can use VS2017 too is need be. All this while I had a special custom build environment where given a *.mars file it generated the *.h file which was used by my *.cpp file. Now I lost the custom build environment. Can I do it using VS2019 or VS2017? Assume I have d:\abcd\efg\mars\abcd.efg.mars file. I would like to generate abcd.efg.h file.
