Visual studio 2019 community edition and .net core version 3.0 or 3.1

i have installed Visual studio 2019 community edition but not getting .net core version 3.0 or 3.1. so guide me what to download & install to work with net core version 3.0 or 3.1 with VS2019. please share link if exist from where i can download .net core version 3.0 or 3.1
