Visual Studio build artifacts

Hi,

I'm noticing some the artifacts are missing when building local Visual Studio, I've some artifacts number, but when build the same solution through the Build machine the count of the artifacts is less, it is missing some of the folder and manifest file when building through build machine.

Please let me know how to resolve missing artifacts, I tried both debug and release mode.

Any help will be appreciated, it is a console app.
