How to create a trusted source certificate

Hi

It's a uwp project using visual studio 2019 at the package.apppxmanifest i have to choose a certificate so i choose from store





If i want to install the msix file in target computer i have to provide the security certificate (the cer file) how can bypass this procedure

i read this Create a certificate for package signing and for a newbie like me it unclear .....

Do i have to export the certificate ?
