Help needed in API Test

I have created a .net core 2.2 API.i wanted to do a load test. this api will be used in real time and for that i have to do at least initiate 100*1000 request to do a load test. i have one positive and one negative scenario. i want to do this in parallel test. please guide me the best way to test this. can this be done using .net console application? any sample code would be very helpful.
