DataBase Monitoring using SqlDependency Class.

The SqlDependency Class is continuously monitoring the database,In other words I need to call it continuously to get the database changes. But Instead, I want it to give me the notifications automatically whenever database changes are occurred without continuous call to the SqlDependency Object. How can I resolve This Problem ?
