How to design GUI like this one

Hi I'm using a program called Apowersoft Free Screen Record,

but I'm very impressed with its GUI. Specially the rounded corner of the window, the ribbon menu.

I checked with PEid and saw that it's been developed using C# WinForms.

Just want to know : What library did they use to make the GUI, the rounded corner, the ribbon menu and so on? as it is very nice. I like it !!!
