64-bit version of vsixsigntool?

Is there a 64-bit version of of vsixsigntool available? I've looked and haven't been able to locate it. Certain HSMs provide a 64-bit DLL file for integration, but can't invoke that from a 32-bit vsixsigntool. Has anyone else faced this problem?
